About the Greenacres Branch
Experience a neighborhood library feel when you visit the Greenacres Branch! The Library’s inviting design and layout welcomes people as soon as they enter. The library’s singular architectural feature, the skillfully crafted central ceiling with its wooden wheel spoke design, reminds visitors of an earlier generation of library buildings.
The photographic artwork throughout the Library represents the City of Greenacres’ designation as a “Tree City USA” community. The art depicts elements of nature: trees, moss, bark, leaves, woodland creatures and other familiar animals. Our collection runs the gamut, but one of the more extensive graphic novel and manga collections in the Library System can be found here. Young or young-at-heart, you’re sure to find something to your liking at Greenacres Branch.
