The Palm Beach County Library System’s genealogy research service is provided as a public service by the Library’s Government Research Service (GRS) and research services staff. Its mission is to promote the wealth of family history resources available through the Library System, local organizations and the internet, and to assist the public in its use.

Our award-winning GRS section staff has been recognized by the Florida Genealogical Society in recognition of contribution in the field of Florida genealogy and local history.
