The Friends of the Palm Beach County Library System Presents
“Connecting readers and authors throughout Palm Beach County”
The Library’s beloved flagship author event series, Writers LIVE!, is back for its 17th year, celebrating the joy of books and the connections they create within our community. Running from January through April 2025, this year’s exciting lineup features a diverse array of bestselling, critically acclaimed and award-winning authors who will share insights into their works, writing journeys and inspirations. Events will be hosted across various branch locations, offering an intimate and enriching experience for attendees.
In-person events will include a chance to support local and independent booksellers, Classic Bookshop and Murder on the Beach, which will provide featured titles for purchase. Every book sold directly supports the authors and booksellers, while a percentage of proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Palm Beach County Library. This contribution helps fund essential library programs, services and activities that promote literacy and inspire a lifelong love of reading.
Don’t miss this chance to connect with fellow book lovers, discover your next great read, and engage in thought-provoking discussions with some of the literary world’s most celebrated voices. Visit the [Writers LIVE!] page to learn more about our participating authors and register!
