New Passport Services Available

New Passport Services Available at the Palm Beach County Library System

The Palm Beach County Library System is now an official Passport Acceptance Facility for the U.S. Department of State. The service is by appointment only. Appointments will begin Tue, Feb 02.

Lantana Road Branch to Close for Renovations

Palm Beach County Library System’s Lantana Road Branch to Close for Renovations

The Lantana Road Branch will close at 5:00 pm on Sun, Jan 31, 2021 for renovations. The $3.9 million project includes new lighting, fixtures and flooring; painting, and construction of new interior spaces, expanded children’s area, relocation of the teen area, additional study rooms, service desk consolidation, design services, and select new furniture items. Air conditioning work will be done in reconfigured spaces. The branch will reopen in late 2021.

Wellington Branch to Close for Renovations

Palm Beach County Library System’s Wellington Branch to Close for Renovations

The Wellington Branch will close at 5:00 pm on Dec 31, 2020 for renovations and chiller replacement. The $4.2 million project includes new lighting, fixtures and flooring; painting, and construction of new interior spaces, design services, and select new furniture items. The branch will reopen in late 2021.
