Palm Beach County Library System is seeking friendly, customer-oriented staff. We are a busy, fully automated, southeastern Florida library system serving a population of 865,541 with a Main Library, 16 branches, and Outreach Services with 450 employees. To apply for open positions, you may:

Supervises student employees and circulation staff; ensures that procedures and the facility are in order; assists in circulation and recovery of materials; performs readers' advisory services and reference activities; resolves complaints from the public.

    QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree; minimum of six (6) months of experience working in a library. Equivalency: Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of two (2) years of college-level course work (must specify 60-semester/90-quarter hours) AND three (3) years of related experience.

    OTHER: Valid Florida Driver's License and PBC Risk Management Department driving history approval prior to appointment.
