    DESCRIPTION: Performs duties related to tracking, monitoring, and reconciling all sources of revenue for the County Library System. Responsible for reviewing documentation for accuracy through the use of cash reports, bank statements and the Library's integrated system (SIRSI); monitors transactions that are posted to appropriate accounts, submits cash receipts in the County's financial system (AMS Advantage). Prepares requests for refund; provides customer service for inquiries related to library billings, refunds and collections. Independently compiles/analyzes revenue data and prepares reports.

    QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of two (2) years of experience in bookkeeping or related work.

    OTHER: Valid Florida Driver's License and PBC Risk Management Department driving history approval prior to appointment. Must pass an examination to enter the fiscal series.

    PREFERENCE OF EXPERIENCE: Accounts receivable and revenue functions (must specify on application); creating/maintaining reports using Excel (must specify on application); providing customer service in person/over the telephone; using AMS Advantage.
