The Palm Beach County Library System has many resources available to help individuals and businesses affected by COVID-19. Ask-A-Librarian staff are available by phone, email and chat to help members who have questions or need assistance filling out unemployment/reemployment forms.
The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity website at floridajobsresources.com provides access to unemployment and reemployment assistance, job listings, small business loans, and other compensation programs provided by state and federal government.
Paper unemployment applications in English, Spanish and Creole are available to pick up library branch locations.

Tech-Talk is a digital learning tool with easy-to-read articles, videos, and other sources for tips and tricks in technology and communications. New material added weekly.
An online learning tool with courses available in a wide-range of categories like leadership, software, and personal development. The self-paced courses include videos, resources that can be downloaded and saved, and exercises and activities.
You are also encouraged to use our downloadable resources including e-books, audiobooks, e-magazines, streaming or downloadable music, e-movies and e-TV shows.
