The "Employ Florida Marketplace" is the State of Florida's official online portal to virtual job-matching services and other workforce services, created through a partnership between state government and the private sector to meet the needs of both employees and employers during these tough economic times.
The "Employ Florida Marketplace" database allows job seekers to search thousands of openings in any or all 67 Florida counties, as well as career development tools provided on the information site. It also allows job seekers to create and post résumés for employers to review.
The digital job-matching site also is crossed-linked with Workforce Florida and the Agency for Workforce Innovation (AWI), with its 80 statewide One-Stop Centers for additional assistance for job seekers.
The "Employ Florida Marketplace" is a user-friendly database that allows searching by location (county or statewide), keywords (job type), occupation group, minimum acceptable salary, job source (employer), or job posting time range. Complete job descriptions with contacts are provided to job seekers.
The online service is indexed as a menu option on the Palm Beach County Library System's "E-Government Forms" web page under the "State Government" heading.
