If you are looking for something to do on a hot summer day, visit the Library. There is something for everyone to read, watch, listen and do. If you like to read, you can join the Summer Reading Program and explore the Whole Wide World @ my Library. Complete the required number of hours and win great prizes. Visit the Children’s or Teen Area and browse the shelves to see the variety of books in stock or see our suggested reading list.
With over 125 family, teen and child programs scheduled this month, there is sure to be something fun to do. Topics range from anime to zoomania. You can participate in hip hop dance classes or a beading bonanza.
You can also check out some of the latest DVDs and CDs at the library. Stop by your local branch and use one of our computers to check your email, play games online or find out the latest about your favorite teen stars. All you need is a library card. And the best part is that it’s FREE.
