Florida Atlantic University CARD Provides expert consulting, training and support, at no charge, for people with autism and related disabilities, their families, employers, the professionals and community and governmental agencies serving them. The Florida School for the Deaf & the Blind - Parent Infant Program Offers statewide early intervention, family-centered opportunities free of charge for children ages 0-5 who are deaf/hard of hearing or blind/visually impaired. 211 Special Needs Helpline Information, assessment and referral to community services, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Coalition for Independent Living Promotes, supports and educates people with disabilities for independent living. The School District of Palm Beach County- Exceptional Student Education a resource designed to provide an open line of communication for parents, employees and community members in order to improve the education of all PBC students. Arc of Palm Beach County Provides quality services, education and advocacy for children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County Makes available services to providers to enhance staff’s knowledge and competence in serving children with disabilities or behavioral challenges.
